"I
claim no perfection for myself. But I do claim to be a passionate
seeker after Truth, which is but another name for God." "I do not
envisage God other than truth and non-violence." "The search for Truth
is the search for God. Truth is God. God is, because Truth is." -
Mahatma Ghandi
Now
perhaps we can tackle the
mis-interpretations of this quote from Jesus:
"Jesus saith
unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the
Father, but by me." - John 14:6
Jesus said this out
of being a representation of Truth. This wasn't meant to be interpreted
that no man comes unto the Father except by Jesus the man. It means
that no one comes unto the Truth (the Father), except by ways of
truth/love. It was the Truth speaking through the man because the man
and his mind (thought processes) were out of the way. It was the Truth
speaking, not the ego/mind of Jesus the man. The only way to the Truth,
is by the truth.
The
Truth shines through and happens all by itself when that which is in
the way (thoughts), is out of the way. All-knowing intuitive Awareness
(that is aware of the mind), which is the real you, shines through when
one is no longer identified with being the body and the automatic
random repetitive thoughts of the mind. Silence is the nature of
Awareness/God/Truth/Self so only a silent mind can come to the
firsthand experience of It. Speaking about it, and either believing in
it, or against it, is missing the point entirely.
Words
only
have the meaning that the ego/mind of the individual has attached to
them. Also, over time different words become imbued with certain energy
frequencies; the frequency of the thing that the word represents. So a
swear word will carry a negative energy, while a word like Divinity
will carry a very high positive frequency. But this is dealing with the
realm of relative truth where things change. When it comes to the
changeless indescribable Absolute of Divinity/Self/Awareness, words are
meaningless.
"The ultimate Truth is beyond words.
Doctrines are
words. They're not the Way. The Way is wordless. Words are Illusions."
- Bodhidharma, founder of Zen
"Truth
is by nature
self-evident.
As soon as you remove the cobwebs of ignorance that surround it, it
shines clear." "Truth stands, even if there be no public support. It is
self-sustained." - Mahatma Ghandi
Truth
is
self-sustaining
because it is (Infinitely) Everything, and because it's the only thing
that's real. Falsehood has no power when brought to the light of truth
because all falsehood is the absence of truth, which means it's not
real and it doesn't actually exist. The truth takes it over completely
and fills the void that used to be un-truth. There is no such thing as
falsehood because that would imply that it exists. That's why it's
better to call it un-truth or the absence of truth. Or better yet,
don't define it at all, don't call it anything, don't create concepts
and words in your mind, and you'll experience/be the Truth, rather than
just speaking about it. Can you imagine what it would be like to be
formless all-knowing Awareneness as Infinitely Everything? No, of
course not. So stop trying to! :)
Because negatives
are the
absence of positives, positives have far greater power and energy. The
higher the level of truth, the more powerful it is. The greater the
love, truth, awareness, selflessness, or Divinity that goes into the
making of something, the higher the energy it has. The simple act of
reading this article/website is raising your physical vibrational
frequency, thus contributing to healing the mind and body. The more you
realize that you are actually formless Awareness/Spirit/Divinity, and
not the mind and body, the more the mind and body are healed. The more
you abide in happiness, joy, and peace, despite life's circumstances,
the more the mind and body are healed. But the physical mind and body
are only temporary vehicles/tools used for the purpose of evolving
consciousness to the point where one is no longer identified with being
the mind and body, and instead is identified with being silent
Awareness as Infinitely Everything.
"You have always
been one
with the Buddha (Absolute), so do not pretend you can ATTAIN to this
oneness by various practices." - Huang Po
